Our approach is based on repeated practice to install new reflexes and find your own way to perform better.
You don’t learn to play tennis by reading books or watching videos on the subject, but by practicing with a racket and balls, on a court. For soft skills, it’s the same thing!
The transformation of practices is not a matter of good resolutions but of practice and reflexes. We therefore use situational scenarios specific to your context and to the people following the training, and we rely on artistic techniques, and in particular theatrical improvisation, so that each person appropriates the mental posture of relational effectiveness: openness, assertiveness, usefulness to the other. Our approach puts into practice the teachings of communication theories – Transactional Analysis, NVC, NLP, and many others.

If we get the choice, we will always be the biggest defenders of face-to-face training… But we also like to train online!
All our courses are adaptable to online learning and we also offer courses that combine online and classroom training. We are convinced that everything is effective if it is adapted to the context and the needs of the participants!

We adapt our training programs to the culture of your company, as well as to the context in which the training is conducted, but also to the profile of the participants. With each training request, we work with you to define your needs
and understand your identity and your specific issues in order to offer you the content that will suit you, and not someone else. Your Next Level contact will engage with you personally at every stage of your training project, from design to delivery. how does it work?
Step 1
Framing and pedagogical objectives :
During a working meeting, we establish together the objectives of your training. We agree on the pedagogical modalities and the way we will work together. As Next Level Training is Datadock certified, this meeting is also an opportunity to consider funding by the OPCA.
Step 3
Facilitation of the training course :
Our trainers come into play… Often, they have participated in the development of the content and at least they have challenged it. They therefore have all the necessary skills to deliver the course in the best possible way. Their experience also allows them to adjust the course on a case by case basis if necessary.
Step 2
Pedagogical engineering :
We work on the content of your training. Depending on your availability and wishes, we like to involve you in this step during co-construction and collective intelligence sessions. Depending on the system you are considering, we can also organize a training pilot in order to test and adjust the content and the pedagogical format.
Step 4
Feedback and evaluation :
We advocate the growth mindset in our training courses and are therefore committed to putting it into practice. We have an evaluation process for our trainings and we systematically organize a debriefing meeting with you at the end of our services in order to collect your feedback but also to give you our opinion on you and your teams if you wish.
